Design of service delivery Programmes And Models

Owing to our many years in research production on strategic issues in the public sector such as land reform, service delivery and others, we have mastered the art of designing programmes that enhance the delivery of strategic legacy projects. This entails identifying key success factors while isolating and addressing those which impact negatively on good governance.

Maritime

Fuze in partnership World Maritime University (Sweden) and TETA is conducting a highly successful Maritime Research Alignment programme for Masters graduates. We have a total of 43 Masters and Post-Graduate Diploma graduates. We also conduct learnership and skills maritime training – commercial diving. The energy sector is critical for the sustainability of the South African economy. While our entry into the energy sector was driven primarily by the need to produce energy for our farming operations and lessen our dependence on the national grid, Fuze Energy is now a viable business with potential to supply local municipalities and other industrial clients.

Research production

Research forms the basis of our training interventions and solutions. We produce research papers on various areas such as land reform, education and training, public policy and poverty alleviation.
